As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, you will:* Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, keeping students focused and on task* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans while maintaining a positive learning environment* Build rapport with students and support their learning journey* Gain invaluable classroom experience as a stepping stone into teaching or education roles? What you'll need:* Minimum of A Levels (a degree is desirable)* Previous experience working with young people is helpful but not essential - full training is provided* Confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with students* A calm, positive, and professional approach to classroom management?
