Are you an experienced within either Community Engagement Advisor or Social Value Advisor, or Marketing Assistant, looking to fast track their career? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading regional contractor as a Social Value Advisor within their established social value team, overseeing exciting schemes across the Southwest region, ranging from 50K - 15M. Preferably you will come from a construction or public sector background with experienced within a similar position.

Duties include:

  • Supporting and fulfilling clients' contents requests
  • Attending regular meetings with local councils, neighbourhoods, and business with regards to on-going projects
  • Highlight career opportunities and produce initiatives within schools, colleges, etc driving and promoting careers in construction
  • Driving and implementing company incentives and programmes, promoting the work of the business
  • Hosting equality, diversity, and inclusion events

The nature of this role will call upon strong social, people and communication skills. An ambitious nature and self-motivated attitude are essential as you will be responsible for covering up to 6 schemes by yourself and reporting into the Social Value Manager.
