Employee Relations Advisor

As the Employee Relations Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on a wide range of employee relations issues. You will also play a key role in managing and advising on industrial relations topics, such as interacting with employee representatives, interpreting collective agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate for the Employee Relations Advisor role will have proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a large multinational environment. You will possess a comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and best practices, with a strong understanding of industrial relations frameworks and practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential, as you will need to build rapport and credibility with various stakeholders.
