L&D Business Partner Hybrid
Salary: £45,000£46,000 + £7,250 car allowance + benefits
Location: North Bristol (Hybrid: 3 days office/site, 2 days home)

An established and respected property services organisation is expanding its People Development function and looking to appoint an L&D BusinessPartner (People Development Partner) as part of a wider strategy to become a coaching-led organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of People Development and working alongside a newly expanded team, the People Development Partner will:

  • Partner with a specific business area to support leadership and team development
  • Design and deliver behavioural skills and team development programmes
  • Coach and support managers in creating meaningful development plans
  • Contribute to the rollout of a consistent behavioural framework across the business
  • Support the development of a coaching culture throughout the organisation
  • Help identify and nurture talent through career pathing and objective assessments
  • Deliver solutions aligned to the organisations values, systems, and business needs

The role is hybrid (2 days working from home), based out of the North Bristol office, with around one day per week spent visiting other UK sites.

About You

Were looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience in learning & development or organisational development
  • A creative and engaging approach to designing and delivering training
  • Previous experience partnering with stakeholders to support business objectives
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • A strong understanding of inclusive learning practices and promoting D&I
  • The ability to influence and support a positive organisational culture
