Senior Supervising Social Worker-Maternity Cover
Salary: £41,000 - £43,000
NonStop's client, based in the South West, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their not for profit fostering agencyas a Senior Supervising Social Worker on a fixed term basis.
They are a non profit organisation that is dedicated to putting the well-being of foster families and social workers at the forefront of their practice. Responsibilities:
- Oversee foster families and ensure the highest standards of care are being met
- Provide support and advise for foster carers
- Manage a case of around 10 foster carers in the throughout the South West area
Requirements:
- Registration with Social work England (SWE)
- Driver
- Care and drive to help support foster carers and families in order to give the best support possible
- Experience working in the fostering sector-ideally at least 2 years
