- Manage a caseload of homeless households, delivering high-quality housing management and support services across temporary accommodation, including satellite units.
- Ensure timely move-ons from TA through comprehensive advice on housing options.
- Take ownership of rent recovery, arrears management, sign-ups, voids, repairs, and tenancy sustainment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and support performance objectives including void turnaround, income collection, and KPI targets.
- Previous experience in housing management or supporting residents in temporary accommodation.
- Strong understanding of homelessness legislation and the Code of Guidance.
- Able to work independently, manage a varied caseload, and liaise effectively with partners.
- Confident in handling arrears, tenancy issues, and property management tasks.
- DBS check is essential due to the nature of the role.
