Role: Adults Hospital Social Worker Rate: £32 an hour Location: Bristol Royal Infirmary or Southmead Hospital Type: Full time, onsite, locum Eden Brown are working with Bristol City council who are looking to appoint 4x Hospital social workers across the Hospital teams at Bristol Royal Infirmary and Southmead Hospital. As a social worker in Adult Social Care, youll play a crucial role in assessing and addressing the diverse needs of our community, navigating the varied challenges our vibrant city provides. Your responsibilities will also include: Conducting assessments and developing tailored care plans for service users and carers, ensuring their unique needs and priorities are addressed. Advocating choice and control, youll empower individuals to make decisions and manage risks, ensuring services are organised in alignment with their preferences and needs. Upholding professional standards continuously as our service evolves, youll monitor changing needs, develop support plans, utilise resources, and ensure Social Care remains future-ready through creative use of assistive tech.
