A high-profile digital transformation programme is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to support the design and build of a new Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform. This role plays a key part in reshaping procurement and contract management across a major UK government organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure S2C modules (e.g. sourcing, supplier management, contracts)

  • Lead integration design between S2C and wider Oracle ERP, EPM, and HCM platforms

  • Support tooling decisions and produce technical documentation

  • Automate and streamline workflows to enhance procurement efficiency

  • Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels

Essential Skills:
  • Strong experience with Jaggaer or similar S2C platforms

  • Solid background in Oracle ERP / EPM / HCM environments

  • Knowledge of integration platforms and secure data exchange

  • Scripting and automation skills (e.g. Python, Shell)

  • Deep understanding of procurement workflows and contract lifecycle

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership

Must-Have:
  • Eligibility for SC Clearance

  • Ability to work onsite in Bristol 2-3 days per week (occasional travel to Blackpool)
