Key responsibilities of the Damp and Mould Surveyor role:
- Work closely with the Home Repairs Service team to deliver a full range of building surveying services and project support
- Manage your own portfolio, including scoping and overseeing day-to-day works
- Handle HHSRS cases and complex projects from inception to completion
- Produce detailed reports and specifications, including those supporting Section 20 notices, damp & mould cases, and disrepair claims
Damp and Mould Surveyor requirements:
- HHSRS qualification
- HNC or HND in a relevant field
- Proven experience within the social housing sector
