We are seeking a part time SEN TA to join a primary school in Brislington, South Bristol. A school dedicated to guiding and supporting students through their early years of school. Providing a safe and encouraging enviorment to their pupils and you will play a keyrole in their final years of primary education.
About the role:
- Providing 1:1 support to children with special educational needs
- Assisting the class teacher with planning and delivering lessons
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support student progress to ensure each child reaches their full potential
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desired but not essential)
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive school community
- Ability to adapt to individual students and their requirements
