Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? We’re hiring three Learning Support Assistants to join a nurturing and inclusive Specialist Resource Base (SRB) within a mainstream primary school in Bristol.

About the Role:The SRB supports children aged 2-11 with a range of complex needs, including autism and communication challenges. As part of a strong and caring team, you’ll help deliver tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, playing a vital role in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teaching staff to deliver SEN support
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils
  • Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and personal care (if needed)
  • Help foster a calm, inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:? Minimum 6 months’ experience in one of the following:

  • Working with children with SEN
  • Care home, hospital or residential support for individuals with disabilities

? A calm, positive attitude and passion for inclusion? A team player willing to learn and grow? Bonus if you have experience in SEN schools or with challenging behaviour
