SEN Teacher - Specialist School, Bristol

The Role:

• Plan and deliver creative, personalised lessons for students with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, and complex needs).
• Adapt teaching to suit different abilities and learning styles.
• Work closely with skilled support staff, therapists, and families to give every student the best chance to succeed.
• Promote positive behaviour and use de-escalation strategies when needed.

About You:

• QTS (or equivalent) with experience teaching students with SEN.
• Patient, resilient, and adaptable in your approach.
• Confident in differentiation and behaviour management.
