An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join a leading consultancy delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. This role offers the chance to work with industry leaders contributing to the successful delivery of major national projects.
Key Responsibilities:
·Lead the cost planning, procurement, and tendering processes for large-scale infrastructure projects.
·Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to drive value and efficiency.
·Provide expert input on risk management and financial forecasting.
·Work with NEC and FIDIC contracts, ensuring compliance and best-practice approaches.
·Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver robust cost solutions.
·Support the professional development of junior estimators within the team.
Candidate Requirements:
·Extensive experience in estimating within Infrastructure, Rail, Highways, Energy, or Civil Engineering sectors.
·Strong knowledge of cost planning, pre-construction, procurement, and risk management.
·Proficiency in working with NEC and/or FIDIC contracts.
·RICS/MRICS qualification (or working towards accreditation) preferred.
·Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
