Are you a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for supply chain management? We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor purchase orders to align with requirements.
- Optimise ordering parameters like safety stock, batch size, and reorder points.
- Handle reordering tasks after rejections, scrap, or damages.
- Monitor and manage delivery forecasts through regular supplier interactions.
- Perform monitoring using process performance measures and KPIs.
- Ensure clear and regular communication with internal customers worldwide.
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Support troubleshooting for delivery issues, goods receipt, and invoices.
- Analyse MRP and supply exception messages.
- Monitor supplier stock and support the scrap/sell/transfer process.
Skillset:
- Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and take on challenges.
- Customer-focused with a strong understanding of requirements planning.
- Experienced in working with supply chains and using SAP.
