Are you a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for supply chain management? We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor purchase orders to align with requirements.
  • Optimise ordering parameters like safety stock, batch size, and reorder points.
  • Handle reordering tasks after rejections, scrap, or damages.
  • Monitor and manage delivery forecasts through regular supplier interactions.
  • Perform monitoring using process performance measures and KPIs.
  • Ensure clear and regular communication with internal customers worldwide.
  • Participate in supplier performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Support troubleshooting for delivery issues, goods receipt, and invoices.
  • Analyse MRP and supply exception messages.
  • Monitor supplier stock and support the scrap/sell/transfer process.

Skillset:

  • Highly motivated self-starter eager to learn and take on challenges.
  • Customer-focused with a strong understanding of requirements planning.
  • Experienced in working with supply chains and using SAP.
