?? Hours: Monday to Friday (Day shifts, occasional weekend call-outs)

About the Role:We're on the lookout for an experienced CCTV Field Service Engineer to join a well-established and expanding security systems company working across Bristol and the South West.You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on CCTV and security systems at commercial and residential sites. This is a field-based role, so you must be confident working independently and liaising directly with clients.
??? Key Responsibilities:- Service and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
- Diagnose and repair faults on IP & analogue CCTV systems
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Provide technical support to clients during and after installation
- Complete job reports and update service logs using a company-issued tablet
- Ensure work is completed to high industry standards (NSI/NACOSS preferred)
- Previous experience as a CCTV or security systems engineer
- Strong knowledge of IP-based systems (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, etc.)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Good understanding of network setup and fault-finding
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- ECS/CSCS card and product certifications (advantageous)
- Competitive salary: £35k-£45k DOE
