Job Title: Project Manager £8m Cat A Fit-Out (Contract Role)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of an £8 million Cat A commercial fit-out scheme in central Bristol. This is a key contract role with a highly regarded super prime residential and commercial interior contractor, based in central London and known for delivering exceptional quality across high-end developments.
The project has already progressed beyond the enabling stage, with the strip-out now complete. The scheme is entering the main contract phase, with procurement and design packages largely finalised, allowing the successful candidate to focus on execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full project management of a high-spec Cat A fit-out through to completion and handover.
- Act as the contractors lead representative on site, liaising with the London-based leadership team.
- Manage subcontractor coordination, programme control, site logistics, and health & safety compliance.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained in line with super prime expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, consultants, and supply chain partners.
- Provide regular progress reports and proactive risk management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering high-end commercial Cat A or Cat B fit-out schemes valued at £5m+.
- Experience working with specialist fit-out or main contractors, ideally in luxury or super prime environments.
- Capable of working independently and taking full ownership of site-based delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Sound knowledge of project sequencing and interior fit-out methodologies.
- Based in or within a commutable distance of central Bristol.
