1st/2nd Line Support Technician
- This is an all-encompassing IT Support role which will be a mix of Service Desk and Application support in an MSP environment.
- This is a 3 month contract paying up to £120/130 p/d based on site in Bristol (flexibility for hybrid later on).

Our client is an MSP who have been in business for 50+ years and work with some huge businesses across the UK. They deliver both on-premises and cloud-based solutions to their clients.
What will you be doing?
Coming in as a 1st/2nd Line Technician, one day won't be the same as the next, ideally you will be the first port of call for a specific client for Hardware and Software fixes in house as well as supporting users remotely in a service desk manor. You'll bring with you a general IT Support skillset, preferably having experience of both types of support but not essential.
