In this Monday to Friday role, you will be working as part of a team to provide customer service. You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries, scheduling engineers and ordering parts.
This would suit someone from a customer service/ service controller background, looking to join a growing company.
The Role:
- Dealing with customer enquires via email and over the phone.
- Assigning Engineers to jobs.
- Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
The Person:
- Service Controller / Customer Service background.
- Commutable to Portishead.
- Strong communication & organisational skills.
