Are you a Service Controller / Advisor looking for a long-term, secure position with a well-established company offering on the job training alongside an excellent work life balance?

In this Monday to Friday role, you will be working as part of a team to provide customer service. You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries, scheduling engineers and ordering parts.

This would suit someone from a customer service/ service controller background, looking to join a growing company.

The Role:

  • Dealing with customer enquires via email and over the phone.
  • Assigning Engineers to jobs.
  • Monday to Friday, 8-5pm
