Due to increase in business we are now recruiting a receptionist for a busy office in Hallen.

Due to the location of the business it is essential you have access to your own transport

DUTIES -

  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Handling incoming mail and distributing documents
  • Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
  • Maintaining office staff and equipment
  • Assisting with planning of company events and corporate meetings
  • Preparing meeting rooms

REQUIREMENTS -

  • You must be fluent with Microsoft Packages including Excel
  • Proven experience in administration or reception is essential
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills

Hours are Monday- Friday 7.30am- 2pm.

This role is temporary ongoing with a view to be made permanent.
