Due to increase in business we are now recruiting a receptionist for a busy office in Hallen.
Due to the location of the business it is essential you have access to your own transport

DUTIES -
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Handling incoming mail and distributing documents
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable
- Maintaining office staff and equipment
- Assisting with planning of company events and corporate meetings
- Preparing meeting rooms
REQUIREMENTS -
- You must be fluent with Microsoft Packages including Excel
- Proven experience in administration or reception is essential
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Hours are Monday- Friday 7.30am- 2pm.
This role is temporary ongoing with a view to be made permanent.
