Responsibilities:
As a Store Person & Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the existing team. Your tasks will include:

  • Managing stock control and locations
  • Conducting stock takes
  • Sourcing parts and assisting with product reworks
  • Reading and understanding manuals and diagrams
  • Processing orders and returns, preparing parcels for distribution
  • Assisting the Customer Service department via phone when needed

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
  • A problem solver who thrives in a team environment

Desirable:

  • Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
  • Previous experience in a similar role (not essential, as training is provided)

Technologies:
Experience with inventory management systems and basic office software is a plus, but not mandatory.
