The Role
聽
As a Principal Town Planner, you will take a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure and energy projects across the UK. You'll be working with a diverse team of experts, providing strategic planning advice and managing complex applications, including:
路Development Consent Orders (DCOs)
路Transport and Works Act Orders (TWAOs)
路Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs)
路Energy and utilities infrastructure

You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead multidisciplinary project teams, and help shape the future of infrastructure delivery.

About You
聽
We're looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can hit the ground running. You will have:
路Chartered membership of the RTPI (or equivalent)
路8+ years of relevant town planning experience
路Strong expertise in infrastructure and energy planning
路Proven experience with DCO, TWAO or similar consenting regimes
路Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
