Job Description:
Active Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operative to join our client’s team in Patchway, Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move goods safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles in accordance with company safety standards.
- Accurately picking and stacking materials in the warehouse.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
- Conducting pre-shift checks and ensuring the forklift truck is maintained to a high standard.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and reliability.
