Partners in Bristol (PiB) are looking for a dedicated Construction Tutor to support learners as they build the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to succeed in their careers.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging and supportive construction training.
Help learners develop the practical and employability skills they need for work.
Build strong relationships with learners, motivating them to achieve their goals.
Use creative approaches to improve learning outcomes.
What We're Looking For
A minimum Level 3 qualification in construction (or related field).
A teaching/assessing qualification - or willingness to work towards one.
A confident communicator who can inspire and motivate others.
Up-to-date knowledge of:
Employment trends in the construction sector.
The skills employers are looking for.
Ways to support learners to reach their potential.
