Job Title: Warehouse Operative Location: Patchway, BS34Pay: £12.21 per hourHours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday + alternating SaturdayOverview:Gi Group are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid driving licence to join our team on a Pathway-based role. This position involves a mix of warehouse duties and occasional delivery driving, supporting our busy automotive parts operation.Key Responsibilities:* Picking and packing a range of car parts, including bulbs, wipers, filters, exhausts, clutches, springs, and alternators* Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring correct items are picked for dispatch* Assisting with goods in/out and general warehouse organisation* Delivering orders to customers as required, covering driving routes when needed* Following health and safety procedures at all times* Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily targetsRequirements:* Full UK driving licence (manual) - essential* Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required* Good attention to detail and accuracy* Able to lift moderately heavy items* A positive, can-do attitude and team player mindset* Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethicBenefits:* Competitive hourly rate* Regular working hours with alternate Saturdays* Opportunity to work in a supportive team environment* On-the-job training
