Job Title: Technical Administrator
Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol
Remuneration: 26,000 - 30,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:
As a Technical Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Engineering and Operations teams. You will report directly to the Engineering Director and be the driving force in ensuring project quality and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include Compiling and maintaining project documentation in line with our Quality Management System.
This includes:
- Minutes of meetings
- Customer input registration and filing
- Draught delivery notes and maintaining registers
- Logging customer communications, including key emails and memos
- Collaborating with Team Leads and the engineering team to uphold our Quality Management System
- Serving as the point of contact for IT requirements within the engineering team, ensuring all tools and access are managed efficiently (full training provided!).
- Supporting compliance with the Company Quality Management System and relevant procedures.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures.
- Assisting with other project requests as needed.
Attributes:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is committed to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- A solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel (knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus!).
- Previous experience in a project administration role is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take on diverse tasks within the organisation.
