Project Coordinator - fit out & refurbishment

We are working with a leading Property Guardian Company to find a Project Coordinator to join their team based in Brixton, working on refurbishment and fit out projects on vacant / void properties.

The role will involve working closely with the operational team to assist in the smooth running of day to day operations, ensuring projects are performing well, working to timescale and within budget.

Duties will include:

  • Coordinate and support all phases of fit-out and refurbishment projects from initiation through to completion.

  • Manage and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Serve as a liaison between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality outcomes.

  • Assist with procurement of materials, services, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

  • Contribute to cost estimation and budgeting by gathering and analyzing quotes for additional works.

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations across active sites; conduct regular inspections and maintain an up-to-date risk register.

  • Participate in quality assurance and snagging processes to ensure high standards and compliance with building regulations.

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for project stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
