Workshop Supervisor Job Details
Basic Salary: £45,000pa
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday - 07:00-16:30
Location: Raunds
For the role you will need to have prior HGV Technician experience working within a dealership or fleet maintenance environment, with prior supervisory experience. You will have a mixed role of being on the shop floor working on and helping to maintain the vehicles whilst also being the decision maker for the day to day running of things with a team of technicians under you that you'll be responsible for.
Responsibilities of a Workshop Supervisor
·Routine vehicle maintenance to DVSA standards
·Preparation and presentation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspection.
·Organize team workloads and communicate with shift.
·Health ans safety of shift members
·Good housekeeping and H&S requirements.
·All work is carried out in a time scale acceptable to the customer
·Ensure all paperwork is completed.
·To ensure all paperwork and general workshop duties are completed.
Skills and Qualifications of a Workshop Supervisor
·Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician.
·HGV licence is preferred.
·Prior supervisory experience.
