The Senior Customer Service representative is a seasoned team member responsible for reviewing customer requirements to ensure they align with order details, contractual terms, and relevant documentation. You will also oversee the accuracy and compliance of data entered by Customer Service Assistants, ensuring all information meets company standard

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:

  • Review customer orders in the IQ systemto ensure they meet contract terms and can be fulfilled as agreed.
  • Verify order entriesusing the guidelines outlined in process document CF214.
  • Conduct quality assurance checkson orders following process document CF215.
  • Assess customer terms and conditionsthrough a technical review, guided by process document CF162.
  • Manage the returns process (RMA)in line with process document OP052.
  • Ensure accurate stock allocationby assigning the correct batches to each sales order.
  • Support the training of junior Customer Service team membersto help them understand key processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to all aspects of the Customer Service Advisor role, providing flexible support where needed.

Skills & experience required:

  • Has strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all contracts, tenders and customer service processes across the company.
  • Works with care and attention to detail, showing initiative and drive to complete tasks independently.
  • Manages time effectively and makes sound decisions when prioritizing team tasks.
  • Maintains accuracy, consistency, and completeness in all administrative responsibilities.
  • Handles high volumes of work efficiently and with ease.
  • Provides training, guidance, and support to junior team members to help them grow and succeed
