- A background managing/working in high volume catering/restaurant operations in commercial businesses
- A hands-on lead from the front approach
- Financially aware - managing costs, budgets and labour controls
- A very keen eye for detail and passion for high standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisation and training skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
RESTAURANT MANAGER YOU WILL:
- Manage all day to day operations
- Train, develop, motivate, coach and lead the team
- Take responsibility for managing costs, budgets, labour and stock
- Give consistently excellent customer service
- Work with company systems, procedures and policies
- Manage HR processes
