Pay: £70 to £110 dependent on experience*

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and nurturing Early Years team. You will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and working closely with individual pupils or small groups to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Who are you?
- Have experience working with young children, ideally in a school or nursery setting
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification (e.g. in Childcare, Teaching Assistance, or Early Years)
- Are patient, kind, and genuinely enthusiastic about early childhood education
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), in and out of the classroom
- Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment
- Assisting with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
- Encouraging children’s social, emotional, and communication development
- Monitoring and recording progress, and providing feedback to teachers and parents
- Supporting children with additional needs, where required
