This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to teach Computer Science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with the potential for Key Stage 5), within a well-resourced and supportive department.

We welcome applications from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are committed to delivering engaging lessons and equipping students with future-ready digital skills.

• Plan and deliver outstanding Computer Science lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Teach coding, programming (e.g., Python), algorithms, computational thinking, and IT theory

• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing timely and constructive feedback

• Promote digital literacy, online safety, and the responsible use of technology

• Contribute to curriculum planning and development of digital learning initiatives

• Support school-wide digital engagement through clubs, projects, or enrichment opportunities

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Have a degree in Computer Science, ICT, or a related field

• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and up-to-date technical skills

• Be confident using a variety of programming languages and digital tools

• Be committed to inclusive education and supporting students of all abilities

• Have excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Be a team player who is proactive, reflective, and passionate about innovation in education
