A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Bromley is looking for Academic Mentors for a October 2025 start. This is a School-based contract, directly employed via the School.
What will this Academic Mentor position involve?
Providing academic mentoring and support to students across KS3-5
Helping students develop study skills, time management, and independent learning strategies
Supporting students with exam preparation and coursework organisation
Delivering 1:1 and small group sessions tailored to individual student needs
Collaborating with teaching staff to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement

27,500 - 30,000 per annum - Permanent Contract (Salary is based off experience)

A recent graduate with a First-Class Honours degree (any discipline)
Experience working with young people in academic or mentoring roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and helping students reach their potential
Organised, reliable, and able to motivate and inspire students
