Administrative Assistant/ReceptionistThis role is vital to the smooth operation of the Bromley office. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage file requests, create and update case files
- Oversee archive and general file management tasks
- Maintain an organised and professional workspace
- Support with general office duties and ad hoc admin needs
- Respond to internal queries with efficiency and professionalism
- Communicate updates regarding file and document handling
- Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage meeting room bookings and reception area presentation
