A UK-based not-for-profit organisation working to improve socio-economic diversity in financial services is looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Operations & Projects Officer to support their small, high-performing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving systems, streamlining workflows, and using technology to drive operational efficiency. You'll be central to maintaining CRM tools (Salesforce), supporting digital platforms, managing data and reporting, and contributing to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM; manage data flows and generate reports
  • Support workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana); suggest automation and improvements
  • Document and improve internal processes; manage secure data access and storage
  • Collect and analyse survey and member feedback; support dashboards and performance metrics
  • Present insights through reports, spreadsheets, and slides; support GDPR compliance
  • Help deliver online and in-person meetings, events, and workshops (Zoom, Teams)
  • Provide diary and admin support to senior leaders
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, track actions
  • Assist with audit documentation, finance admin, and HR processes (recruitment, onboarding)
  • Coordinate internal training, wellbeing initiatives, and team events
  • Conduct research to support new projects; draft summaries and stakeholder communications
  • Manage feedback forms and contribute to continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate
