The successful candidate must have either:
- A degree in Art or a related discipline, or
- Previous experience working as an Art Technician in a school or studio environment.
- Preparing and maintaining materials, tools, and equipment for Art and D&T lessons
- Supporting teachers during practical sessions
- Ensuring classrooms and workshops are safe, organised, and fully stocked
- Assisting with displays, exhibitions, and student coursework
- Managing resources and ordering supplies
- Strong practical skills in a range of artistic mediums
- Good understanding of safe working practices
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Confident supporting both staff and students
