Branch Manager - Bromley

Basic Salary 28,000 - 30,000 plus commission 45,000 - 55,000 OTE plus car allowance

Hours: 5-day week Monday -Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-4pm on arota

Our client based in Bromley a rapidly expanding Estate Agency. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in property sales
  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and company policies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Organize and facilitate training programs to keep staff updated with industry trends and best practices.
