Facilities Technician (Client Direct)

£35,000 + great benefits

Were seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Technician to join the in-house team at a prestigious office site in Bromley. Working directly for the client, youll play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of appearance and functionality across the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring all areas remain in top condition.

  • Perform basic repair and decorating work, including painting and touch-ups as needed.

  • Support office moves by helping to rearrange furniture, install desks, and set up meeting spaces.

  • Respond to tenant requests in a timely and professional manner, providing assistance with small maintenance issues and general support.

  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers when necessary to coordinate access and minor works.

  • Keep maintenance records and logs up to date.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar facilities, handyman, or maintenance role.

  • Confident with painting, decorating, and general maintenance.

  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused, with a can-do attitude.

  • Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

  • Physically fit and comfortable lifting/moving items such as tables or small office furniture.
