Were seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Technician to join the in-house team at a prestigious office site in Bromley. Working directly for the client, youll play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of appearance and functionality across the building.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring all areas remain in top condition.
Perform basic repair and decorating work, including painting and touch-ups as needed.
Support office moves by helping to rearrange furniture, install desks, and set up meeting spaces.
Respond to tenant requests in a timely and professional manner, providing assistance with small maintenance issues and general support.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers when necessary to coordinate access and minor works.
Keep maintenance records and logs up to date.
About You:
Previous experience in a similar facilities, handyman, or maintenance role.
Confident with painting, decorating, and general maintenance.
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused, with a can-do attitude.
Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
Physically fit and comfortable lifting/moving items such as tables or small office furniture.
