Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a market leader in the Building Trade Supplies sector, currently looking to appoint a dynamic and commercially focused Regional Manager to lead their London operations.

This is a pivotal leadership role for an individual with proven experience in the building materials, construction trade, or related B2B supplies sector, who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will have full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of branches across London, driving sales performance, profitability, and operational excellence. You'll lead from the front, inspiring your teams, building strategic customer relationships, and ensuring consistent growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop branch managers and their teams across multiple locations

  • Drive regional sales performance to exceed targets and KPIs

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share and profitability

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade customers and suppliers

  • Ensure excellence in branch operations, customer service, and compliance

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on results, accountability, and team development

About You
  • Proven track record in a Regional or Area Management role within the building trade supplies, construction materials, or builder's merchants industry

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering significant sales growth

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region as needed
