We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to join them for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension, or even a more permanent opportunity.

Overview of the Role:

The CSR will assist their Financial Advisor (FA) and other team members with the delivery of high-quality client service and support for their client base. The role of the CSR will require diversification, flexibility and experience of ML Products & Services, and broad industry knowledge.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide fundamental support in all phases of client service, client relationship building and account maintenance to assist the business activities of FAs.
  • Provide client service support in accepting and placing orders upon FA and/or client request, responding to client enquiries on account documentation, account balances, account activity, statement information, securities, transfers, security information, general product and/or service information research and initiating corrections to transaction and/or account errors.
  • Provide administrative support to FAs and/or Management by maintaining existing accounts through excellent client service, creating and maintaining client files, obtaining required documentation and initiating client contact via phone/meetings as needed to support FAs.
  • Handling any documentation, presentation preparation and mailings, as required.
  • Review client portfolios for all updates, answering administrative and operational enquiries.
  • May provide marketing support for FAs Complete all required training.
  • Adhere to all the companies Policies and Procedures.
  • Provide coverage for other CSR's and Office staff as needed.
  • Remain current on the companies Products, Services and system applications

Requirements, Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Team Player
  • Experience in investment/financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of ML Products and Systems
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both orally and written).
  • Ability to effectively plan, monitor, manage time and prioritise.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including sound judgement,
  • Sensitivity in dealing with confidential business and client-related issues.
  • Knowledge and experience of client service skills, communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Payments and Transactions

Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to communicate in varied languages, (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic)

Location:

This is a site based role. You will be required to work at the clients Bromley site 5 days a week.

Working hours:

Standard working hours with some flex where required.
