Role Overview:
As an Implementation Advisor, you will manage client implementations from start to finish, ensuring the seamless delivery of our cash management solutions. This is a dynamic role that requires collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, all while adhering to strict timelines and maintaining high professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Management: Oversee client implementations across a variety of cash management solutions, ensuring each project is tailored to meet specific client needs.
- Project Coordination: Partner with clients to establish project delivery timelines, effectively communicate project statuses, identify risks, and swiftly resolve issues through root cause analysis.
- Client Engagement: Deliver a personalised approach to client interactions, utilising project management methodologies for larger-scale deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Conduct conference calls with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
- KYC and Legal Documentation: Coordinate all necessary KYC and legal documentation to facilitate the onboarding process for clients.
- Progress Updates: Keep stakeholders informed about onboarding progress and proactively highlight any issues that may arise.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to manage onboarding processes, influencing necessary parties to meet client timelines.
- Documentation Management: Complete relevant product and service setups within our systems, ensuring all documentation and communications are logged for audit trails.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing or client engagement role is essential. You should have a proven track record of managing projects with varying timelines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fast-Paced Environment: You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adept at managing client needs efficiently.

- Analytical Mindset: A knack for problem-solving will be advantageous in this role.
- Financial Services Background: Prior experience in financial services or investment banking will be considered a plus.
