As Senior Building Surveyor, you'll take ownership of your projects from day one. You'll build and maintain strong client relationships, manage tender submissions, and deliver high-quality technical advice across a wide range of sectors. Working closely with Partners, you'll contribute to the team's strategic development and ensure projects are delivered to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

路Develop and strengthen client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat and new business.
路Lead and deliver building surveying instructions with technical excellence and commercial awareness.
路Mentor and manage graduate surveyors, supporting their professional growth.
路Provide technical advice, reports, and project updates, ensuring accuracy and value at every stage.
路Maintain compliance with company policies, QA systems, and RICS standards.

About You
聽
路MRICS qualified - Minimum 3 years PQE preferred.
路Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional, client-facing approach.
路Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
路Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.
