Our client is a growing IFA who are truly independent - offering whole of market financial planning advice and independently owned and growing organically.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Planner to join them as they continue their growth plans. This would suit someone with 3+ years advising experience, perhaps in a larger company or restricted firm, where you now want the opportunity to offer your clients whole of market independent advice and be part of a smaller company where you can make a real difference. You will be supported by Adminstrators and Paraplanners and there will also be support with growing your book through a lead generation programme and access to incoming enquiries. They aren't necessarily looking for an agreesive business developer who will need to build a book from scratch - ideally you will have already done that and have strong enough relationships that clients will naturally follow you post restrictive covenants. You will be supported with clients in the meantime and be able to benefit from existinf client referrals. Longer term, their strategy is more about client referrals and word of mouth, organic growth rather than high-pressured sales targets.
More importantly, you will be Level 4 qualified (CII/CISI/LIBF) and be comfortable working in a small company environment where you can add real value to the continued growth of the firm and be part of their ongoing journey.
This role is office based with 1 day per week working from home.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and there is a bonus structure on top.
