My Client is a well established Contractor who has an excellent reputation in the local region. They specialise in Schools, Leisure, Healthcare and Commercial builds 

 

The project is a new build education facility and require a Finishing Manager to support with snagging and de snagging on classrooms that need to be handed over

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing internal packages, ensuring efficient and seamless construction.
  • Ensure the quality of works completed on site are to standard/spec
  • Snagging and de-snagging
  • Overseeing contractors and sub-contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Ensuring adherence to building regulations and safety procedures, creating a safe work environment.
  • Proactively managing risks, implementing solutions to minimise delays and ensure project success.
  • Reporting project progress and key decisions, ensuring transparency.

 

Requirements:

  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Background working for a Main Contractor 
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
