The Role

The school is looking for a trained HLTA to provide PPA cover for leadership time and lead interventions across Early years, KS1 and KS2. The role is 5 days a week and you will work closely with teachers and support staff to oversee lessons across a range of subjects. You will be based within and outside the classroom as directed by the class teacher. If you have specific skills in a curriculum area the school may be able to accommodate you covering lessons in that area.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience of supporting children across different key stages
  • NCFE Accredited Level 4 in teaching assistance or equivalent experience
  • Experience of working with children with SEN
