We're looking for a confident leader who can bring in new business, build client relationships, and deliver results. You'll need a background in construction consultancy, ideally within Cost Consultancy or Quantity Surveying.

What we're looking for:

A degree in a property or construction-related field (or equivalent experience)
MRICS (or equivalent professional status)
A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a passion for excellence
Exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills
Confidence in working at Director level, leading teams and working independently
Deep industry knowledge and client-facing experience
