As a Parts Advisor, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to retain loyal customers
- Use your strong communication skills to provide a seamless experience
- Maximise upselling opportunities while exceeding customer expectations
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure technicians and customers always have the right parts at the right time
- Relevant experience as a parts advisor within an automotive environment is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
- Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure
- A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
