KS3 Teacher

Location: Bromley
Pay: 150 - 220 per day
Start Date: February 2026

Academics are currently recruiting a KS3 Teacher to work in a specialist Autism school in Bromley, supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and adaptable teacher who is committed to inclusive education and making a meaningful difference to young people with additional needs.



The Role:

  • Delivering engaging and differentiated KS3 lessons tailored to students with Autism

  • Creating a structured, supportive, and nurturing classroom environment

  • Adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning and communication needs

  • Working closely with SEN Teaching Assistants, therapists, and the wider SEN team

  • Supporting students' academic progress, emotional regulation, and independence

  • Monitoring progress and contributing to EHCP targets and reviews



The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching KS3 pupils, ideally within an SEN or Autism setting

  • Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills

  • Patient, resilient, and flexible teaching approach

  • Passion for supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs
