We are seeking an expert HR Advisor to support the Academy's Human Resources function to provide professional HR advice for this one-year maternity cover.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will fulfil the following criteria:
- Be the first point of contact for employee relations and HR queries, supporting around 130 staff
- Deliver first line HR generalist advice and support on HR policies and processes
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, defining job descriptions and managing the resourcing process
- Update the Single Central Record
- Compiling monthly payroll reports and manage the payroll administration
The successful HR Advisor will be educated to GCSE level including English & Maths and is CIPD Level 3 qualified or above. You will be experienced in advising senior managers on employment law issues and will manage sensitive situations in a confidential manner.
Experience of working in a school or across a partnership of schools is highly desirable for this role.
