Your chance to shine

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be responsible for the account management for the commercial products delivering the underwriting and pricing strategy in the UK, providing oversight and ensuring best practice.

Working within the talented and motivated liability underwriting team, you’ll monitor progress of the company business objectives, ensure underwriting performance meets agreed targets, and advise on technical aspects of underwriting.

What you’ll bring

This role is a perfect fit for you if you are proactive, entrepreneurial, possess an innate growth mindset and will hit the ground running with the initiative to work independently. You’ll share the firm’s driving ethos, to provide outstanding risk management solutions to protect what your customers most value. And you’re passionate about improving the customer experience.

You’ll also be pivotal to team development. Drawing on your experience and management skills, you’ll be developing and training up the team. This will include acquiring and accelerating their knowledge and capabilities across a varied and niche spectrum of policies and schemes, ranging from security and arboriculture to domiciliary care and recruitment consultancy. You’ll also be expanding their appreciation of the various uses and purpose of technology to enhance customer service and fuel growth.

You’ll already have a strong background in commercial underwriting and bring expertise/knowhow across a range of products and have management experience.
