Private Client Solicitor, Bromley - £Competitive
We are seeking a talented and motivated Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualified experience (PQE) to join our client , a well respected and growing law firm. You will handle a broad range of private client matters and play an integral role in maintaining the high standards that their clients expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Trusts and inheritance tax planning
- Court of Protection matters
- Delivering clear, practical, and empathetic advice to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the continued development of the private client department
- Working closely with colleagues across departments and benefiting from administrative and paralegal support
About you
- A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 2 years PQE in private client work
- A strong technical background and genuine client-first attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in managing matters independently, with support as needed
- STEP qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential
- A team player with a proactive and organised approach
